  • Education & Mentorship:

Serve as a resource and preceptor for pharmacy students, residents, and learners from other health professions. Contribute to the development of educational programs and training activities.

  • Quality Improvement & Professional Development:

Participate in departmental performance improvement projects and hospital quality initiatives. Pursue ongoing professional growth to meet organizational, departmental, and personal advancement goals.

  • Proven ability to perform all duties in a safe, accurate, and compliant manner while adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in the delivery of patient care.

  • Clinical Judgment & Problem‑Solving

  • Ability to identify medication‑related issues and patient care concerns, recognize situations outside the pharmacist's scope of responsibility, and initiate appropriate follow‑up or escalation.

  • Adaptability & Workflow Management

  • Demonstrated flexibility in adjusting work priorities in collaboration with supervisors based on patient care needs, staffing demands, or departmental changes.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment requiring significant adaptability.
