Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Innovation PMO Leader will develop successful and on-time delivery of Innovation which is critical to delivering Sazerac's growth plans.  This role will be responsible for project-related services to support the organization including, but not limited to, portfolio management, governance, operational project support, risk management, and human resources utilization. You will develop and equip the organization with methodologies, standards and tools to enable project managers to better deliver projects and increase the capability of the organization through training, good practices and a central point of contact for project managers. You will be working across all functions (influencing, training, upskilling, busting barriers, etc.) and communicating with key stakeholders/leadership on overall health of projects, programs, and portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, implement, and evaluate cost saving projects that will drive costs out of the business without resulting in a reduction in quality.
  • Improve products, services, or proceses through incremental improvement over time or breakthrough improvement all at once by evaluating efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility.
  • Exceeding expectations across all customer segments, including external and internal customers. Needs in all areas are anticipated and requests and complaints are addressed as much as possible to the satisfaction of all customers. Creating raving fans of process and innovation.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years relevant experience (minimum) with at least 8 years of implementation or project management experience.
  • Influences stakeholders effectively and builds strategic partnerships across cross-functional and external teams while driving results in complex, high-growth environments
  • Highly organized and adaptable professional with a proactive mindset, experienced in project management and business process frameworks, and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred:

  • MBA
  • Certification/qualification in project management
  • Experience with data visualization software (tableau, microstrategies, power bi) and advanced analytical tools like alteryx

The annual salary range for this role is $156,000- $235,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
