Injection Molding Supervisor
Location: Lafayette, IN
Pay: $65,000–$75,000/year
Shift: 1st Shift
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead daily operations within a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing production, supporting employees, maintaining quality standards, and improving overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing and strong leadership skills in a production environment.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily molding department operations

Lead and support production employees on shift

Coordinate production schedules and staffing needs

Troubleshoot molding and production issues

Monitor quality and ensure specifications are met

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Enforce safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

Injection molding or plastics experience preferred
