    Make Every Changeover Seamless

    When the line starts at 6:00 AM, you’re already a step ahead—molds are clean, organized, and staged for fast changeovers. You collaborate with Set-up Techs, Maintenance, and Production so nothing slows the run. Your work keeps uptime high and scrap low.

    Schedule

    • 12-hour days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • C Shift (2-2-3 pattern)
    • Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
    • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

    What Your Day Looks Like

    • Clean molds after production runs and before storage so they’re ready for the next setup.
    • Remove resin, debris, and other contaminants using approved methods and tools.
    • Keep the mold room in order—label, store, and track mold locations and inventory accurately.
    • Transport molds to and from production safely using the proper equipment.
    • Inspect for visible wear or damage and immediately communicate issues to supervisors or maintenance.
    • Prep molds and related gear to support rapid, reliable changeovers.
    • Maintain a spotless, organized workspace that meets 5S standards.
    • Follow lockout/tagout and safe material handling every time.
    • Pitch in with basic support tasks for setup and maintenance teams.
    • Manage cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment so nothing stalls the shift.

    Physical Requirements

    • Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift.
    • Lift up to 50 lbs safely.
    • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
