We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator to join our manufacturing team on second shift. This role involves operating injection molding equipment, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
We prefer candidates with prior manufacturing and/or machine operating experience, but we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn and grow in the role


Shift Hours: Mon – Thursday 3pm-1am.
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate injection molding machines according to safety and quality standards
  • Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality specifications
  • Perform visual inspections and basic measurements
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Follow work instructions and safety guidelines
  • Stand or sit for extended periods of time while operating equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Be open to learning advanced molding techniques over time
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to work
  • Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Desire to learn and take on more complex tasks over time
