We are seeking a visionary technical lead for our global Digital Enablement Platform Technical Lead -someone who thrives on leveraging cutting-edge and emerging technologies to architect solutions that are robust, scalable, responsive, and highly performant.
In this role, you will move beyond business-as-usual work to proactively design the next generation of applications, setting the technical direction and driving continuous iteration to evolve our solutions in real, fluid ways. You will ensure every application is architected for long-term scalability, responsive design, and optimal performance, making critical decisions that enable seamless user experiences. As a trusted partner to the business, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to roadmap applications, balancing business needs with technical integrity-and you'll have the expertise and confidence to say no when requests could compromise performance or user experience, always advocating for best-in-class solutions. You will also lead and mentor a talented team of full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in transforming E2E insurance experience, delivering solutions that address complex business challenges and set new standards for our organization.
