Infrastructure Tech Support Consultant

Responsibilities: Own Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM services within the IMS Workplace/EUC tower, accountable for service stability, SLA adherence, and operational excellence. Provide oversight for device lifecycle services, including provisioning, configuration, patching, software deployment, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning.

Duration: 6+ months (Contract-to-hire)
Compensation: $60-75/hr W2 only!
Location: St. Petersburg, FL 

Responsibilities:

• Own Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM services within the IMS Workplace/EUC tower, accountable for service stability, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain service governance, including KPIs, operational metrics, risk management, and escalation management.
• Act as the escalation point for complex endpoint-related incidents, problems, and service risks.
• Provide oversight for device lifecycle services, including provisioning, configuration, patching, software deployment, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning.
• Ensure standardized delivery models, runbooks, and operational processes are followed across global delivery teams.
• Drive effective collaboration between Service Desk, Field Services, Security Operations, and Endpoint Engineering teams.
