Role: Infrastructure Project Manager Location: Washington, DC (100% Remote) Job Type: Contract About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support enterprise-level IT initiatives within the EPMO. This role requires strong project execution skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects, along with strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager. Strong experience managing projects. Hands-on experience with any PPM tools such as KeyedIn, Planview, Clarity, or similar. Proven experience in: Project planning and execution Risk and issue management Status reporting and stakeholder communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage technical projects such as: Windows load monitoring initiatives O365 upgrades (32-bit to 64-bit migration) LOS-related projects and incident management Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and timelines. Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Provide weekly and monthly status reports to stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. Manage and monitor project budgets (up to $500K). Ensure proper documentation and governance standards are followed. Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership.
