Manage project teams and oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Provide technical support to junior staff and clients, offering strategic guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, addressing client concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress of client programs and measure the success of the portfolio.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the infrastructure services domain with a delivery-led growth approach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate with Accenture sales and solutioning teams, system architects, and design analysts to develop proposals and presentations that meet client requirements and outline the services offered.
Plan and install upgrades of database management system software to enhance database performance.
Identify, evaluate and recommend hardware or software technologies to achieve desired database performance.
