Growing food manufacturer is hiring for a full time on-site Infrastructure Engineer! The Infrastructure is a hands-on role responsible for the reliability, security, and performance of the network, server, and systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise across hardware, software, and networking and the confidence to make sound engineering decisions independently. And this is how you'll do it...

  • Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Maintain and upgrade physical and virtual hardware assets
  • Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support and mentor junior IT staff
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage hardware/software procurement and lifecycle
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup strategy, and business continuity efforts

Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of professional IT experience in infrastructure, networking, or systems roles
  • Deep expertise with network hardware: routers, switches, and firewalls (brand-agnostic)
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, subnetting, and network protocols
  • Experience with structured cabling, rack management, and data center best practices
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layer infrastructure issues independently
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Compensation range is $110k - $135k+ base (dependent upon experience), bonus and Benefits!
