The Infrastructure Engineer 3 – FTOS is responsible for supporting file transfer and infrastructure systems, ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Support
• Support Axway and Connect:Direct systems
• Monitor file transfers and job executions
Incident Management
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents
• Perform root cause analysis
Operations Support
• Monitor alerts and queues
• Support batch processing systems
Compliance
• Follow operational policies and procedures
• Participate in risk and control processes
Documentation
• Maintain documentation and runbooks
Must-Have Qualifications
• 3–5 years of Infrastructure / Operations experience
• Experience with Axway (Required)
• Experience with Connect:Direct / NDM (Required)
• Basic troubleshooting and production support skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with monitoring tools
• ServiceNow experience
