Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: Youll setup new projects in Vantagepoint and process any change orders - conduct project setup call with the PMs and billers. Youll ensure revenue is being recognized correctly at all levels and work with the PMs to establish the Target ELM. Youll review vendor invoices and code consultant/subcontractors and setup contracts/projects/tasks in the accounting software. Youll produce draft invoices for contract Principals/PMs to review and submit in accordance with the client requirements and complete any forms required. Youll follow-up on outstanding receivables and manage outstanding WIP, follow up with project Principals/PMs. Youll submit contracts requiring certified payroll reporting information and close contracts and work with PMs & Finance Manager to ensure all revenue is recognized. Youll upload/submit information necessary to comply with audit payments for clients and work with insurance brokers to get COI for new and existing projects. Youll work with the Project Managers to process any adjustments and work with regional managers on the overall operations - contracts, projects, WIP, Receivables and resources. Youll on-board new employees and provide training for timesheets & expense. Youll assist regional managers with proposals as required related to employees hourly rates and assist VP, Operations Controller with standardizing processes and procedures. * Youll assist Finance Manager with FAR audits and support F&A with the monthly close process and complete ad hoc requests from regional managers, Finance Manager, Operations or F&A. Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
