THE WORK:
- Youll identify differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during the construction lifecycle.
- Youll be responsible for ensuring alignment between all project stakeholders.
- Youll be accountable for managing overall project delivery.
- Youll be responsible for project budget through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cashflow forecasting, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategies.
- Youll participate in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertise.
- Youll maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Client's project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof.
- Youll develop and maintain continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representatives.
- Youll monitor the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with the client and with available programs.
- Youll promote positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceived.
- Youll maintain a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

$165,000 - $275,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
