  • Youll develop, review, and manage project-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Plans in alignment with the Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
  • Youll lead the development and implementation of cost control systems, plans, and procedures across project portfolios.
  • Youll monitor budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure compliance with all project and corporate financial objectives.
  • Youll identify cost variances, potential risks, and savings opportunities, proposing corrective actions as required.
  • Youll prepare and maintain detailed cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts for project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Youll conduct variance analysis, cash flow tracking, and earned value performance reporting.
  • Youll partner with project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to coordinate all aspects of cost control.
  • Youll act as a trusted financial advisor to project leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Youll lead and mentor cost control team members, fostering professional development and accountability.
  • Youll drive process improvement and standardization in cost management practices and tools.
