JOB SUMMARY:

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Care Analytics leads the roadmap and execution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovations in CommunityCare. This role is highly focused on automating and streamlining new and existing efforts using an AI-first approach, and requires the ability to translate complex business processes into actionable solutions that can be implemented with AI or RPA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the roadmap for artificial intelligence and RPA initiatives, working directly with internal customers to promote the use of these new capabilities and more rapidly deliver solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance automation, reduce data inconsistencies, and eliminate manual processes.
  • Help drive adoption of AI through leading by example and helping educate other employees.
  • Maintain a structured backlog covering new integrations, mapping updates, error-handling improvements, and compliance updates.
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria including prompt and tuning guidance, best use practices, governance impacts and limitations, validation logic, and exception handling.
  • Prioritize based on regulatory timelines, partner readiness, and business impact.
  • Own and maintain the Product Catalog and documentation, ensuring all product capabilities, features, integrations, and service offerings are clearly documented, current, and aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with AI and RPA engineers and architects, as well as DBAs, ETL teams, and developers.
  • Support process improvement by identifying AI-first opportunities.
  • Oversee testing and validation to ensuring safe and compliant use of AI.
  • Ensure the maintenance of deployed AI models.
  • AI generative models and services, including voice and text transformers and analyzers, language models for coding, creative, and technical generation, image interpretation and generation.
  • Guide agentic AI through complex architectures while preserving data sensitivity and security..
  • Apply AI across technical and departmental disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of Azure OpenAI, Search, and Vision technologies, or their equivalents.
  • Provide clear documentation on integration requirements, partner expectations, and testing outcomes.
  • Communicate updates to compliance teams, operational leaders, and external vendors.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for AI and RPA standards across the organization.
  • Analyze error trends, failed automations, AI hallucinations and compliance abnormalities.
  • Promote AI- and automation-first procedures and solutions.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of generative and transformer AI architectures.
  • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare integrations, data exchange, or health data standards.
  • Experience with agentic AI and AI API integrations.
  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other data-intensive environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with .NET, SQL Server, or other enterprise-grade technologies preferred.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent preferred.
