Plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee assigned technology projects. Design, develop, and write modular code used across various applications within the software development life cycle (SDLC). Perform analysis to ensure high-quality application design and code integrity by fixing defects, writing unit tests, identifying root causes, and debugging and troubleshooting application systems. Prepare specifications, test requirement documents, and high- and low-level design documents, and actively participate in team design reviews. Enhance customer satisfaction through teamwork and a strong commitment to the overall customer experience. Research and recommend innovative and, where possible, automated approaches to system administration tasks. Maintain and update major applications to ensure seamless interface functionality and to diagnose and resolve software issues.
