Position Summary
The Information Technology Support Specialist provides Help Desk support for hardware, software, and network systems across Achieva locations throughout Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties. This role assists employees with technical issues, installs and maintains computer equipment, supports day-to-day IT operations, and helps ensure the organization's technology systems run efficiently.
