This candidate will be assisting with answering the phones from the help desk of clinical tickets such as physicians, nurses, etc. who need assistance logging into the internal system. There has been an upgrade in Sharepoint and every clinical individual will have to re-login to the system, which many will need assistance with and will be calling in.
