Reporting to the Deputy Director the IT Manager is responsible for leading and supporting all technology functions within the County Treasurers Office including infrastructure software applications and daily IT operations. This role oversees a team of four 4 IT staff manages a high volume of complex technology projects and plays a key role in a major modernization effort to replace and enhance legacy systems. The position requires hands-on technical knowledge of infrastructure familiarity with software or application development practices and strong project and team leadership skills. The IT Manager ensures that all technology systems operate efficiently securely and in alignment with office needs.The Treasurers Office maintains its own internal IT team while operating within a shared-services technology model supported by the County Department of Information Technology DIT. County DIT provides countywide infrastructure cybersecurity standards and enterprise governan
