This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying hands-on technically while leading a small team. You'll spend roughly 50% of your time managing, mentoring, and developing a team of two IT professionals, and 50% providing technical leadership by supporting infrastructure, resolving complex issues, and driving technology initiatives.
