Job Description:

IT Desktop Analyst - Vendor Management

Location: Spring, Texas (Onsite)

Role Overview

This role focuses on providing customer service and IT solutions. The position involves interfacing with IT service partners and regional teams to support the delivery of technical solutions and process improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with business customers to understand their needs and deliver value through technology, while maintaining reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness. This is a learning-focused role with opportunities for contribution under limited oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Provide front-end support for laptops, tablets, mobility, printing, and audio/visual systems.
  • Deliver back-end infrastructure support for data and voice networks, servers, storage, and facilities.
  • Offer productivity solutions and consulting to users.
  • Conduct user education and training sessions.
  • Support differentiated services including industrial mobility, AR/VR, and wearables.
  • Participate in project integration and execution.
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes according to established processes.
  • Handle vendor and procurement management tasks.
  • Assist with service integration for global and regional initiatives.
  • Support area services such as business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and data privacy.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies to maintain digital literacy.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required.
