UVP has an opening for an IT Manager for our Twin Cities practices - Minnesota Eye Consultants & Northwest Eye.
The Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for leading and managing the IT function across the Twin Cities region of Minnesota and for all aspects of IT services. Oversight includes planning for IT services necessary to support organization priorities and goals, implementation of new capabilities, project and IT department leadership, support of current operations, and IT system performance and services to meet the operational and team member needs. Starting pay is $80K-110K/year.

Leadership Responsibility
This position of leadership requires the responsibility for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Includes, but not limited to, budgeting, hiring, performance reviews, team member development, timecard approval, plans, assigns and directs work, pay recommendations, coaching, counseling, and discipline, addresses issues and concerns, facilitates conflict resolution, and models UVP's code of conduct and mission commitments at all times.
