LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Class C Driver's License Possession of A+ and/or N+ certification is desired. SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Supervisor - Technology Support, provide basic technology support to staff; respond to service requests throughout the District to address the immediate needs of staff, students, and the public; assist staff with maintaining computer operating systems and application software updates. JOB REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school and two years of experience in IT or related support services that include; end user software support, helpdesk support or mobile device support. • Palm Springs Unified School District Nondiscrimination Statement The Palm Springs Unified School District is committed to equal opportunity for all individuals in education and employment.
