The first day will be near Lenox Mall.This role involves handling technical support phone calls in a call center environment.We are looking for someone with analytics skills and troubleshooting experience with computers (like PCs and laptops).The individual joining the team will need to be flexible with the shift, which will be assigned after they start work. They must be fully available during all hours of operations, which are 9 AM to 8:30 PM, 7 days a week. They will work weekends and possibly until 8:30 PM. The shift will be the same each week (set shift).The role involves taking calls regarding troubleshooting networks, computers, and POS terminals for retail stores. They will also handle issues related to porting/portability (wireless number transfers), which can be trained on. Ideally, candidates will have dealt with POS hardware/software and portability calls. If unable to handle a call, escalation to Tier 2 is possible. This is 100% phone support for retailers' IT issues in stores.This position pays $16 - $18/hr.
