Key Responsibilities:- Leading the full lifecycle of PLM implementation, from project initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
- Driving project execution while balancing competing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and critical path analyses.
- Leading the implementation of a modern PLM system aligned with business and operational needs.
- Overseeing migration of data and records from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Coordinating system integration efforts between PLM and MES platforms.
- Supporting process design to optimize workflows such as document control, change management, and product lifecycle governance.
- Developing and executing migration, deployment, and cutover strategies to minimize business disruption.
- Ensuring all project activities comply with internal quality systems and external regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, GxP).
- Leading Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including documentation and execution (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, RTM).
- Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm system readiness and usability.
- Maintaining audit-ready documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serving as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT, system integrators, and external vendors.
- Communicating project status, risks, and progress to executive leadership and governance teams.
- Driving change management initiatives, including training, communication, and user adoption strategies.
- Ensuring smooth transition to post-go-live support teams with clear ownership and knowledge transfer.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and business impacts.
- Managing vendor relationships, deliverables, and performance against contractual expectations.
- Leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
- Driving accountability, team performance, and project outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- 6+ years of experience in project management within a regulated industry.
- Proven experience leading enterprise system implementations (PLM, ERP, MES, or similar).
- Experience managing data migration and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO).
- Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
- Strong project management expertise, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- High emotional intelligence, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- PLM-related certifications (e.g., CIMdata) preferred.
- MasterControl experience or certification preferred.
