Contact us at 404-575-8262.Position Summary:Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:The Information Systems Analyst position is all about making sure our bank''s critical applications are interconnected, automated, and streamlined. The Analyst will strive to keep our systems connected and efficient, automate processes to save time and reduce errors, enhance performance and user experience, and provide timely and effective technical support for application-related issues as well as:DatabaseManagement:Overseethemanagementandmaintenanceofdatabasestoensuredataintegrityand availability.Custom Report Generation: Review, generate, and troubleshoot custom reports from the core processing application Horizon 360 BI and other ancillarysystems.Application Integration: Collaborate with project teams to integrate applications with the core processing systems Horizon XE and Horizon 360BI.System Integration: Ensure all critical applications are interconnected and functioningcohesively.Process Automation: Develop and implement automated processes to enhance efficiency and reduceerrors.Workflow Streamlining: Optimize workflows to improve performance and userexperience.Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support for application-relatedissues.Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities forimprovement.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, andprocedures.Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure alignment and support for businessobjectives Strong problem-solving and analyticalskills.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-qualitywork.Proactive and able to prioritize taskseffectively.Adaptable and able to learn new technologiesquickly.Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional serviceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a relatedfield.Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support or a similarrole.Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software applicationissues.Familiarity with financial services applications with a focus on lending administration andorigin.Experience with the FIS banking core and imaging system as well as Finastra / Abrigoproducts.Familiarity with domain controllers, OUs, and user accounts, implementing and troubleshooting Group Policies, configuring AD FS, AD CS, and backup/recoveryprocesses.UnderstandingcorecloudconceptsandAzureservices.DeployingandmanagingVMs,storage,andnetworking in Azure. Implementing Azure AD for identity management and securitymeasures.Familiarity with IBM Cognos BusinessAnalytics.Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostictechniques.Knowledge of software applicationenvironments.Experience with application monitoring tools andtechniques.Strong understanding of IT policies and securitystandards.Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-qualitysupport.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies andprocedures.Industry-relevant certifications (MCSE, ITIL, Network +, Security +) are preferredCitizens Trust Bank is committed to investing in our associates, cultivating a rewarding, results-driven, innovative and professional team.
