Information Security Engineer 3
Location: Charlotte, NC/ Chandler, AZ/Minneapolis, MN

ServiceNow + SOC+ Splunk + Python
This is hands-on role

Must-Have Skills / Experience
1. Strong ServiceNow Experience (Top Priority)

Candidate will spend ~20% of daily work in ServiceNow
Managing tickets, investigations, remediation tracking, and communications
Comfortable handling high ticket volumes
Strong workflow/documentation experience within ServiceNow

2. Cybersecurity / SOC Background Preferred

SOC Analyst background
Security operations
Logging & monitoring environments
Incident response exposure

3. Splunk Experience
Need hands-on familiarity with:

Splunk searches
Security logs
Indexes/assets
Logging & monitoring concepts
Detection support activities

Reporting & Data Analysis Skills
Candidate will:

Report on control performance
Identify trends
Track repeat offenders/issues
Analyze remediation patterns

A strong candidate would have:

SOC analyst or cybersecurity operations background
Strong ServiceNow operational experience
Splunk exposure
Reporting/dashboarding capabilities (Power BI/Python/SQL)
Financial services or other regulated industry experience
Process improvement mindset rather than just ticket execution

Certification (Anyone out of three- Must have)
Azure – Fundamental
Microsoft
AWS
