Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Analysis and contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Analysis deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Analysis challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Information Security Analysis deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Analysis. Required Qualifications: Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Engagement & IAM Adoption
Partner with business teams to support adoption of enterprise IAM services and translate access and authentication capabilities into practical solutions
Assess business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to help align IAM solutions with user needs
Onboarding, Transitions & User Experience
Support application onboarding, migrations, and access transitions to deliver a low-friction user experience
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm IAM solutions meet business requirements
Issue Triage & Rapid Resolution
Coordinate triage of IAM issues across IAM, Cybersecurity, and application teams based on business impact
Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Gather user feedback, UAT results, and access pain points and translate them into actionable input for IAM product and engineering teams
Provide input on enhancements that improve IAM services, processes, and user experience

Required Skills & Competencies
Key Requirements:

Experience in Information Security with a focus on IAM
Experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives
Experience working with IAM solutions in cloud or hybrid environments
Demonstrated experience in:
Business engagement and stakeholder management
IAM operations, triage, or support functions
Enterprise technology adoption
IAM & Technical Expertise:
Working knowledge of core IAM capabilities, including authentication, identity governance, MFA, directory services, and access management
Understanding of IAM security principles, including least privilege and zero-trust concepts
Business & Communication Skills:
Ability to translate IAM concepts into clear business language
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Experience working with business stakeholders, application teams, and product owners
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Problem Solving & Triage:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify root causes and coordinate resolution across teams
Experience working in high-pressure, business-impacting situations
Product & Feedback Mindset:
Experience gathering and translating user feedback into actionable improvements
Ability to use data and business impact to support recommendations
Familiarity with Agile or product-driven environments
