Responsibilities/Job Description:

Here at Fairview, we are now seeking an Information Coordinator to join our imaging team at St John's Hospital in Maplewood, MN! This is a .6 FTE (48 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work the following schedule:

 

Week 1:

Thursday/Friday 7AM - 3:30PM

Sunday 7:30AM - 4PM

 

Week 2:

Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 7AM - 3:30PM

 

Information Coordinator provides expert support services including scheduling, registration, point of service collections, administrative services, managing clinical records, customer service, and support for collaborative care team initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 2-year degree or combination of education and/or experience equivalent to 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts
  • 3 years customer facing experience in a health care related field
  • Electronic Medical Record experience
  • Scheduling and registration experience

 

Qualifications:

$20.83- $29.40 Hourly
