Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Informatica MDM Support Engineer. This role is vital in managing and optimizing our Master Data Management (MDM) systems to ensure seamless data integration and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Informatica MDM Hub Console 10.5, IDD, SIF, Match/Merge rules, and provisioning tool
• Proficiency in SQL, particularly with Oracle DB, for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with UNIX Shell scripting for analyzing scripts related to IDQ or MDM job failures
• Experience with third-party scheduling tools like Autosys and file transfer tools like IBM Sterling Integrator
• Familiarity with incident tracking tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues under SLA
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and business teams
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica BDM
• Knowledge of data governance policies and data stewardship
• Ability to analyze large data sets to detect anomalies and prepare processes for data corrections

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly MDM batch jobs for data loading and synchronization
• Troubleshoot and fix issues related to data, failed batch jobs, and data loading errors
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring production incidents and implement permanent fixes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data stewards to understand data requirements
• Monitor and maintain real-time and batch data interfaces between the MDM and its spoke systems
