Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Workbrain / Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst/Developer with a strong background in Time and Labor Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have both technical and functional expertise in Infor WFM (formerly Workbrain) to support customization, integration, and optimization of WFM modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze, develop, and support solutions within Infor WFM / Workbrain.
- Configure and maintain core modules such as:
- Time and Attendance
- Labor Forecast and Schedule Optimization
- Employee Availability & Shift Management
- Labor Budgeting
- Clocks
- Develop and manage custom interfaces and system integrations.
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot custom reports as per business needs.
- Review and enhance existing custom code, documenting all changes.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
Required Skills:- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Infor WFM / Workbrain development.
- Strong functional knowledge of key WFM modules.
- Experience with Oracle Time and Labour and Core Java.
- Proficiency in interface development, system integration, and custom reporting.
