About the Role Our Managed Services Provider (MSP) client is seeking a Mid-Level Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Technical Analyst to join their growing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across multiple client environments, solving complex technical challenges, and developing custom solutions in the Infor ecosystem.
You’ll be working with both cloud and on-premise SyteLine environments, supporting integrations, enhancements, and performance optimization —with exposure to clients in manufacturing, government, and defense sectors. Key Responsibilities
Support, enhance, and maintain Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP environments across multiple clients.
Develop custom forms, IDOs, extensions, and components using the Mongoose Framework.
Create and manage C# and SQL Server-based integrations, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and Web Services to integrate CSI with third-party systems.
Configure and troubleshoot Event Handlers, Form Scripts, and Workflow Automation.
Perform data management, performance tuning, and complex troubleshooting within SQL Server.
Support Infor ION integrations and BOD (Business Object Document) communications.
Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide application and system support, including issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Assist in upgrades, testing, and cloud migrations as needed.
Qualifications Required:
3–7 years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP (v9 or later).
API and Web Integration Development (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML)
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a multi-client, fast-paced environment and “wear multiple hats.”
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check and drug test.
Preferred:
Experience with Infor ION, Infor Document Management (IDM), and Infor OS.
Knowledge of Government Cloud, ITAR, and DOD compliance.
Exposure to Infor CloudSuite migration projects or multi-tenant environments.
Consulting or Managed Services experience supporting multiple clients.
Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
