Job Summary
The Infection Prevention Manager is a strategic leader responsible for directing the organization''s infection prevention and control program across the Lakeway and Austin facilities. This role partners closely with the Infection Prevention and Control Medical Director, clinical leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based infection prevention strategies that promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care.
The ideal candidate is a Certified Infection Preventionist (CIC-CBIC) with strong leadership experience, expertise in epidemiology, and a passion for driving quality improvement initiatives. This position requires regular travel between the Lakeway and Austin locations.
