Small Wonders Early Education Center is a licensed, residence-based child care center approved to care for up to 12 children. We provide high-quality early education and nurturing care for infants and toddlers in a safe, supportive, home-like environment. We are seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support our Infant and Toddler program. The Assistant Teacher works closely with the Lead Teacher to maintain a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment while supporting daily routines and classroom activities.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Love working with infants and toddlers.
NC Early Childhood Credential (EDU 119) required / Basic understanding of early childhood development.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a licensed child care center.
Availability: Monday–Friday
12:30 PM–5:30 PM
Current CPR / 1st Aid.
Current SIDS training.
Current Criminal background check
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively
