A Giants Preschool & Early Learning Centers seek motivated, energetic, and creative individuals who are committed to becoming childcare professionals. Candidates must be able to work well with a diverse group of children of various ages, stages, and backgrounds. In addition to a fun, supportive and flexible work environment, paid on the job training will also be provided.

Position Requirements:
  •  Candidates must at least 18 years of age
  • CPR & First Aide Certification -or willing to obtain 
  • CDA (Child Development Associate) Certificate or 90 hour Certificate 
  • 45 Hour Child Development Certificate (Preferred) 

Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist Co-Teacher in working with infants-Toddlers on activities designed to promote physical activity, social/emotional development, self-confidence, and creativity in an environment made for fun, exploration, and discovery.
  • Help maintain the clean, warm, welcoming environments that we pride ourselves on
  • Assist Co-Teacher in developing schedules and routines that ensure adequate activities/events, rest, social, creative, and imaginative play.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and parents.
  • Maintain and understand the health and safety standards required by MSDE OCC
  • All other duties that incorporate the vision and mission that A Giants Early Learning Center created
  • Be willing to sing loud and laugh a lot while encouraging others to do the same
  • Be available to bandage boo-boos, wipe noses and give hugs when needed.
  • Willingness to understand and adhere to the team's core values: P.R.I.D.E. Preparation, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, Excellence everyday

Required Skills:


  • Have a warm, welcoming personality
  • Experience in caring for Children in an Educational capacity
  • The ability to read, write and communicate with parents and Team mate
