Primary responsibilities include supporting teachers with activities, keeping learning areas tidy and safe, and fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment. Tasks involve working in small groups or one-on-one, instructing proper classroom procedures, assisting with meals, diaper changes, writing reports, recording attendance, engaging in play, helping children sleep, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
Additional duties include assisting in classroom cleanup and disinfecting, helping in other classrooms as needed, and managing miscellaneous classroom items.
