Role: Industry Advisor - Customer Data Strategy

Job Description:
We are seeking a senior Customer Data Strategist to incubate and scale a new retail focused consulting offering anchored in customer data Strategy, Loyalty, and personalization. This role will be responsible for shaping the end to end value proposition-spanning customer data strategy, identity resolution, CDP/MarTech ecosystems, and AI led activation-while translating it into measurable business outcomes for US retailers. The individual will open and anchor at least two strategic retail accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to C suite stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, and Commerce. In parallel, they will build and lead a high performing delivery team, establishing repeatable assets, methodologies, and best practices to enable scalable delivery and sustained growth. This role requires strong consulting DNA, deep retail domain expertise, and a proven ability to take offerings from concept to revenue.
Qualifications:
Strong Experience in Retail - having worked with Industry leading Retailers in US
Business understanding of Customer Data Strategy, Loyalty and Personalization and how that impacts the Retail Business.
Strong understanding of the technology tools and platforms in this space.
Salary Range: $153,300 - $207,400 a year
