A well-established industrial contractor is seeking an experienced Industrial Superintendent to oversee field operations on complex manufacturing and industrial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in active production environments and has experience coordinating work inside operating facilities where safety, planning, and execution are critical.
Projects include manufacturing plants, steel facilities, power plants, food and beverage processing facilities, pharmaceutical plants, refineries, and industrial processing facilities. You'll lead field operations from mobilization through project completion while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Details
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial or heavy industrial construction projects
Experience working in active manufacturing, processing, refinery, power generation, steel, food processing, or similar industrial environments
Strong understanding of mechanical, structural, civil, and industrial construction practices
Proven ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining aggressive schedules
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
OSHA certifications are a plus
