Industrial Service Contract Manager

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, contract management, or service delivery
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of contract compliance, operations oversight, and workplace safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, industrial operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing industrial, janitorial, facilities, or other service-based contracts.
  • Experience working with audits, quality assurance processes, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with budgeting, payroll review, labor planning, and cost control.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a service or industrial environment.
