You open the service center with a quick safety moment and a stand-up huddle. Work is prioritized, bottlenecks are cleared, and you coach supervisors while staying hands-on where needed. By midday, you’re reviewing SQDIP boards, closing out RCCMs, and checking progress on 5S audits. In the afternoon, you partner with Sales to validate the monthly forecast, adjust labor and materials, and finalize corrective actions tied to P&L variances. Before closing, you walk the floor again—verifying quality, reinforcing standards, and celebrating wins.
Performance ties directly to corporate goals, including EBITDA and On-Time Shipment commitments.
Provides direct oversight for all employees within the assigned service center.
