Long-term career growth with a stable, family-owned manufacturer
We're partnering with a respected Oklahoma manufacturer seeking an Industrial Account Manager to help grow and support customer relationships across a diverse portfolio of engineered industrial products.
This is not a high-pressure commission sales environment. Instead, you'll become a trusted resource for customers—working closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to develop long-term partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver solutions that create lasting value.
If you enjoy technical sales, relationship building, and helping customers solve real-world challenges, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with an organization known for its people, stability, and collaborative culture.
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for future growth.
Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales process.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Maintain regular communication to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial markets.
Expand relationships with distributors, representatives, and strategic partners.
Support sales planning and forecasting initiatives.
Help execute strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Production, and Customer Support to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate customer requirements throughout quoting, order processing, and production.
Assist with pricing discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate CRM records, customer activity, and sales pipeline information.
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
Help strengthen the company's presence within key industrial markets.
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B sales
Ability to build long-term customer relationships and develop new business
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable discussing technical products with customers and internal engineering teams
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
Ability to travel approximately 25% as needed
5+ years of industrial or engineered equipment sales
Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial markets
Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings or technical documentation
Experience working with ERP systems
Existing relationships within industrial manufacturing markets are a plus
Enjoy building relationships more than making cold calls.
Like understanding how products work and helping customers solve problems.
Prefer a collaborative team environment over a highly competitive sales culture.
Take pride in earning customer trust over the long term.
Want to build a career with a company where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Value stability, teamwork, and long-term growth over constantly chasing the next commission check.
This position is primarily office-based with regular travel to customer locations and occasional visits throughout an active manufacturing facility. Collaboration with engineering, production, and operations teams is part of the daily routine. PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection, is required when entering production areas.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned manufacturer where people tend to build careers—not just jobs.
You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment where relationships matter, employees are respected, and success is measured by the long-term value you create for customers.
If you're looking for a stable sales career where technical knowledge, customer service, and trust matter more than aggressive sales tactics, you'll feel right at home here.
