What You’ll Tackle

• Keep industrial machinery running by executing routine maintenance and timely repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to reduce downtime.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance so equipment operates at peak performance.
• Create and maintain precise records of work performed, parts used, and findings.
• Partner with teammates to recommend and implement equipment improvements and upgrades.
• Champion safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members in maintenance methods and safety practices.

Role Essentials

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or degree is preferred.
• Hands-on experience as an industrial maintenance technician or in a closely related role.
• Deep familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Clear communicator and effective team player.
• Flexible availability, including readiness to respond to urgent needs.
