Shape Uptime, Remotely
As an Industrial Reliability Diagnostics Specialist, you will be the eyes and ears of our customers’ machines—remotely tracking asset health, surfacing risks before they become failures, and coordinating insights so maintenance teams can act fast. You’ll function as a secondary line of support, researching sophisticated service alerts and collaborating with customers and site teams to resolve issues efficiently. When complexity spikes, you’ll partner with Senior Condition Monitoring Experts to drive deeper analysis and communication.
What your day looks like
- Continuously review sensor feeds and contextual data (ultrasound, vibration, oil/lubricant analysis, and more) to understand asset behavior.
- Analyze patterns and trends to pinpoint likely root causes and recommend targeted, proactive corrective actions that minimize downtime, reactive work, and failure risk.
- Translate technical and predictive analytics into practical action plans for front-line teams; compile asset health reports, highlight critical findings, and document root cause insights.
- Lead recurring health-review calls; respond to inbound and escalated technical questions via phone and platform channels; escalate to Senior Condition Monitoring Experts for high-complexity cases.
- Serve as secondary triage for incoming requests, resolving what you can and routing the rest appropriately.
- Guide technicians through troubleshooting in real time, support data capture, and provide on-the-job coaching to implement corrective actions.
- Validate device installations, verify data accuracy, and deliver initial insights during the program’s first baseline pass.
- Deliver customer training and technical consultation on interpreting monitoring data and choosing the right interventions.
- Help quantify cost savings and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
