Your impact
- Maintain chiller equipment with scheduled service to prevent downtime.
- Diagnose issues on operational systems using precise testing tools and your expertise.
- Repair or replace components to return equipment to specification.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration systems: refrigerant handling, instrumentation, control valves, motors, motor controls, motor switch gear, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), soft-starts, pumps, exchangers, filters, and refrigeration controllers.
- Uphold strict safety practices aligned with company and industry standards.
- Take on additional assigned tasks to support team goals.
- Provide overtime support when requested—up to 15% annually (no more than 300 hours)—as directed by the client and/or upper management.
How you’ll succeed

- Leverage extensive knowledge of chiller systems and components.
- Use power and hand tools confidently and correctly.
- Operate thermometers, pressure gauges, and other diagnostic instruments to evaluate equipment.
- Interpret operation and repair manuals accurately.
- Follow instructions thoroughly and communicate clearly with customers.
Your background
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Technical school training or apprenticeship preferred.
- Approximately three years of relevant experience preferred.
Working conditions
- Outdoor work as required by the task.
- Extended periods in a stationary position.
- Ability to climb/descend ladders.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
