If so, our Godfrey, IL facility is looking for an Industrial Production Technician who will keep equipment running smoothly, assemble and package to spec, and uphold our quality standards.
What you’ll do
- Operate, observe, and adjust production machinery to maintain peak performance.
- Maintain a safe, orderly work area and follow all safety protocols.
- Assemble parts and package finished products per documented requirements.
- Perform product inspections to verify compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve output targets and on-time delivery.
- Report mechanical issues and any safety hazards to supervision immediately.
- Attend training sessions to broaden your skill set.
What helps you succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing or production experience is beneficial.
- Comfort lifting heavy items and performing physically demanding work.
