Seeking a Production Supervisor with leadership experience in industrial manufacturing.
In this role, you will
- supervise and manage the production team
- coordinate the manufacturing process to meet quality standards and deadlines
- train staff and implement process improvements
- collaborate with departments to enhance efficiency and productivity
- ensure products are produced on time and meet quality expectations
Ideal candidates will have a - bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- at least 5 years supervisory experience
- strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- familiarity with manufacturing processes and ERP/MRP systems
