Step into the heart of production
As an Industrial Production Equipment Technician, you begin your shift by reviewing work orders and bringing machines online precisely according to SOPs. Throughout the day, you keep a sharp eye on gauges, sounds, and outputs—making timely adjustments to sustain safe, efficient, and continuous operation. You verify product quality at each stage, document what you see, and collaborate with teammates to solve small issues before they become big ones. You close the day the same way you started it: methodical shutdowns per SOPs, a spotless, well-organized work area, and a commitment to do it even better tomorrow.
Core responsibilities
- Configure, start up, and shut down production machinery in strict alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Continuously monitor equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and uninterrupted throughput
- Ensure consistent product quality from start to finish of each production run
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and established procedures
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications
- Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions and SOPs
- Strong dedication to safety practices and quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule
