If keeping complex mechanical systems running in a heavy industrial setting sounds like your kind of challenge, read on.

What you’ll tackle

  • Hands-on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment: hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, conveyors, cranes, and mobile equipment.
  • Jump in with operations when needed to keep production moving.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces as required.
  • Operate independently or as part of a maintenance crew.
  • Perform in varied conditions—hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, and noisy areas across the facility.

Must-haves

  • 1+ year in manufacturing/industrial maintenance (relevant military experience counts) or equivalent education across areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, welding, pipefitting, structural repair, or diesel mechanics.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Availability for 8-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Consistent use of safety procedures and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and metatarsal boots).
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and self-motivation.
  • Successful completion of assessment test(s).
