About This Role:

Join our specialized 10-person technical team as an Industrial Mechanical/Electrical Technician. You'll repair and refurbish high-precision industrial textile machinery components, perform critical maintenance on heated roller systems, and support customer installations at our Pineville facility and customer sites. This is an ideal role for a skilled technician seeking long-term career growth with a company that values expertise and reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Repair and refurbish industrial rollers and precision components
• Service heated roller systems and perform routine maintenance
• Balance and align rotating equipment to specifications
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble complex mechanical assemblies
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications
• Support customer installations and troubleshoot on-site (10-15% travel, including international)
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

What We're Looking For:

• Proven mechanical repair and maintenance experience (bearings, shafts, alignment preferred)
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and precision work
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (10-15%, including international)
• U.S. work authorization
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industrial maintenance or machinery repair experience
• Experience with thermal/heated systems
• Bearing and alignment certification
• Technical school diploma or apprenticeship training
• Forklift certification
• Experience in textile or manufacturing industry
