About the PositionWe are looking for a curious and detail-driven Master Data & Costing Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic Supply Chain team at our U.S. Center of Excellence (based in either Omaha, NE or Harlan, IA). In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing master data, ensuring that our operations, engineering, and supply chain teams can work smoothly and confidently. You will take ownership of translating engineering outputs into high-quality data in SAP, rolling product costs, and driving strategic make-vs-buy analyses. If you love digging into data, reading technical drawings, and collaborating across departments to improve how things are made, we want you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesMaster Data Ownership : Create, maintain, and revise manufacturing master data in SAP, including BOMs, routings, work centers, and costing views.Costing and Quoting Support : Develop accurate product costing and provide our sales team with timely responses to cost and lead time requests.Strategic Analysis : Support and increasingly own make-vs-buy decision analysis, leveraging master data and production capacity to recommend the best manufacturing approach.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a vital liaison between Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Sales to process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and improve production flow.QualificationsA Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).2-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment, preferably with low-volume, high-mix products.Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a proven comfort level with managing complex data structures.Join us and take the next step in your career with a team where your work truly matters.
